OGX Beauty Giveaway Unveil

screenshot_20161108-044910About two weeks or so ago, I stumbled on Twitter and I seen Curlbox and OGX Beauty were having a twitter Q&A session for the #OctoberCurlBox. Included in the discussion were how-to advice on the products for those that didn’t know what to use specific products for different hair types and styles. I tweeted my favorite hair product was the Quenching Coconut Curls Curling Hair Butter Leave In or Rinse Out and BOOM , ya girl won the giveaway!

I’ll be the first to admit that I never win again and I hardly ever participate in contests, especially via social media, I mean come on your chances are slim to none and they usually require you to do the most!

If you’re unfamiliar with who or what CurlBox is, it’s a company that natural hair chicks subscribe to monthly for 19.99 and receive natural hair products. The products range from shampoo, conditioners, moisturizer, and they’re almost always FULL Size! If you aren’t a subscriber, you are able to purchase the monthly curlbox on a Saturday by 3pm but it usually sells out fast!

Now I came across the OGX Beauty line maybe two or three years ago, on my lunch breaks I would go into my local drug store, check out the sales, and see what new products were in stock. There was always a BOGO or BOGO 50% Off Sale, especially on new products. I typically used the hair butter as a leave in conditioner. I’ve been hooked ever since. You can find the product in Target, Walgreens, CVS, and Rite Aid.

The Quenching Coconut Curls line is the only line from the OGX Beauty Brand that I have tried. I love it, it keeps my hair soft, it defines my natural curl pattern, my hair stays moisturized and it smells so good.

Follow @CurlBox on Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat. Try their monthly CurlBox, just once and let me know what you think. 19.99 for 5 full size hair products, sounds like a good deal to me, especially if you know how much these products typically cost.

Looks like I won’t have to purchase any conditioner for awhile 😉. Share your holy grail hair products below.
